Permanent AlNiCo Magnet 5*15 for Wind Generator
- Alnico magnets are made of Aluminium, Nickel, Cobalt and Iron and have already been applied since 1930. Sometimes a few other elements such as copper, titanium and niobium are added.
- Alnico magnets have a maximum energy product of 1 to ± 9 MGOe and do not require coating when used under normal conditions.
- The maximum temperature of use is 450°C depending on the specification, dimensions and system design.
- Most of the Alnico magnets are caste and in this process the alloy, which is liquid, is poured into sand moulds at very high temperature.
- Some of these magnets are pressed and sintered.
- Casting Alnico can happen in complex forms, such as horseshoes for example.
- Sintered Alnico has slightly lower magnetic properties however they have better mechanical properties than caste alnico, with very small casting amounts during the casting process
- Standard tolerance for grinded alnico is ±0.1 mm, depending on the size and shape.
- It is important (watch out!) that the length/diameter ratio is kept, this will prevent demagnetisation.

Magnetics Component
1. Different Holding Magnets, such as Square, Disc and Ring Holding Magnets, Hard Ferrite (Ceramic), Alnico, NdFeB and SmCo assemblies are specified for many applications to all industries and enigneering.
2. These magnets are made by setting ferrite, Alnico, NdFeB and SmCo magnet in steel parts (and/or some non-ferrite magnetic insulate materials, such as Brass and Aluminum), and are avaiable in many different forms and shapes, which are finished in white, black, gray, Nickel or Zinc coating,or rubber covered.
3. A holding magnet has a particular magnetic circuit that can concentrate or insulate magnetic power at a target space around the magnetic assembly.

For small amount, our usual way of payment is 100% T/T in advance, Western Union or Papal.
For large amount, we also could accept 30% prepayment before production, 70% after fax of Bill of loading
Transportation:
All available shipping ways could be applied, by courier, air or sea, better to choose by sea.
1. By Sea: If the GW is over 50kg, we advise ship by sea when you are not urgent for the goods as the charge of ocean way is cheaper than by air.
P.S Appointed shipping company or our own forwarders all could be used in shipment.
2. By Air: If the good below 30kg, we advise ship by air as we HAWELL MAG signed a long-term agreement with Express (DHL, TNT, FedEx) and the best discount we can provide to you.
