HAWELL (Educational) ALNICO MAGNET
Production information:
AINiCo magnet is an alloy of aluminum-nickel-cobalt, has excellent temperature stability and corrosion resistance, it can be used in motor, sensor, separator, loudspeaker and holding system.
This class of magnet remains a preferred material because of it's excellent temperature stability, high magnetic flux density, and resistance to corrosion. Alnico magnets are manufactured through a casting or sintering process.
The casting process allows for the magnet to be manufactured into intricate and complex shapes, which are not possible with other magnetic materials.
Comprised:
AlNiCo materials are comprised of aluminum, nickel, cobalt and iron with varying additions of other elements.
Two different manufacturing processes:
Cast and Sintered
- Cast AlNiCo can be made into many size and shapes.
- Sintered AlNiCo is usually restricted to smaller size.
However, both processes lead themselves to complex geometries and configurations.
Standard Sintered AlNiCo has tighter dimensional tolerances due to its processing.
It is also slightly lower magnetic properties, but better mechanical strength than Cast AlNiCo products.
Performance grade :
Characteristics of cast AlNiCo:
1. Compact crystal, high intensity
2. Good chemistry stability, strong anti-corrosion
3. Even elements, excellent and magnetic performance
4. Excellent temperature stability
5. Highest usage temperature reach 550°C
Packing:
1. By Sea: The products will be packed in a strong cartons with well-protected foam and then packed in strong wooden case or pallet.
2. By Air: If the goods will be shipped by air, all the magnetic should be degaussed and we will use Iron sheet to shield.
Transportation:
1. By Sea: If the GW is over 50kg, we advise ship by sea when you are not urgent for the goods as the charge of ocean way is cheaper than by air.
P.S Appointed shipping company or our own forwarders all could be used in shipment.
2. By Air: If the good below 30kg, we advise ship by air as we HAWELL MAG signed a long-term agreement with Express (DHL, TNT, FedEx) and the best discount we can provide to you.
