After-Sale-Service
1. Within 24 hours after the buyer delivered the formal Technical Support Report to
seller, our company should design a suitable plan.
2. The warranty of the machine is 12 months, the other maintenance can be
supplied for the whole life of the machine.(Charged during the warranty due to human's damage resulted from wrong operation.
3. Within 7 days after the buyer receives the formal Finishing Inspection Report from
seller, the buyer must has quality inspection in site. Buyer must pay the balance
before shipment after quality is approved.
4. Sellers provides Customer Files for a maintenance and repairing service following up.
Sellers should provide the spare parts for buyer during the equipment's life time as requested.
