We are located in Pancun industrial zone ,Luoyang ,which is the biggest steel furniture manufacturing base in China .
3.What's your delivery time ?
For standard products,our production time is 30 days after payment received not matter how big the quantity is.
4.Is there any minimum order quantity ? Can we order a small order ?
A fully loaded 20 GP is our MOQ in genral.
Consdering you are our new customer, we can make the Ex-work for you.
5.Can you tell me your warranty and defects replacement process ?
Warranty of all Kefeiya products are 5 years,
it can be extended as per customers' quality specification .
About replacements,our regular customers usually buy extra keys and lock barrels in case of the damage.
For vital quality issues,Kefeiya remake the units or components to ship along with the next order
