Description
Slip rings of the HM series are specially fit for small or miniature rotating system of transmitting low controlling signal.Applies noble precious metal reduced noises and interferences between circuits, low friction torque assures long life-span.
Models are available in 4, 6, 12, 18, 24, 30, 36, 46 and 56 circuits with 2A each.

uCompatible with digital signal and analog signal such as RS series signal, data bus protocols, Ethernet signal and so on.
Installation Guide
- Capsule slip ring is designed for being installed with flange on a sleeve bracket.
- Rotor must be concentric driven by a flexible link (such as plastic tube or screw tube). Rotor lead wire can do as this driver at limited-speed.
- As the photograph shows, screws with washer can be used to install slip ring, these washers can avoid flange too tight.
Attentions:
- Slip ring can not support the weight of equipment which connects with it, rotating equipment should be fastened so that its weight will no fall on the rotor.
- Slip ring should be used in dry, low dust environment. If used outdoor, shield is necessary.
- The surface of lead wire should avoid being damaged while equipment rotating, all lead wire can not bear weight while you put the lead wire in order.
- No damaging the surface of lead wire while barking its end.
