1. In order yo ensure that image and texts are clear, vivid and consistent, all the chips for the entire RGB LED screens for

   outdoor  screens  within 100 square meters are at the same grade such as the same  brightness( ± 10%) and the same

   wavelength( ± 2.5nm).

2. In order to ensure screen background can become matt, completely absorb LED reflective light and eliminate shadow

    and ghosting,  we adopt imported glue to varnish module surface, the glue thickness for each module is not more than

   0.1mm, so the color is consistent and uniform.

3. To ensure product reliablity and long life, we strongly suggest select the best chips for all outdoor display ,like Nichia ,

  Cree, Epistar, Opto brand, to get reliability.

1. Guarantee time: 3 years quality guarantee (guarantee period), and we will provide free parts for replacement if any problem belong to us during this period; after the guarantee period, the seller should provide spare parts for replacement based on cost charge. (Spare parts are 1.5% of total project. For additional guarantee period, there should be additional cost.)

2. The seller is responsible for permanent maintenance of the panel. During the guarantee period, the maintenance is free of charge (except the defectiveness resulted from man-made damage or force majeure).

3. During the guarantee period the buyer can return the defective components due to technical or quality problems to the seller. The seller is obligated to finish fixing within 5 working days after receiving, and send it back to the buyer without any repairing charge (the buyer should pay the one-way cost).
