General Description of this SHJ-M Series' Extuder:
This series of extruder adopts co-rotating screw structure. Multi kinds of raw materials can achieve optimal dispersed and kneaded effect after fully hoy-melted under the precise intermeshing action by the conveying elements and kneading elements mounted on the twin screws.
Features:
1. Barrel horizontally opposite open, easy for color changing and cleaning
2. Water-cooled screw, accurately controlled temperature, and no solidification
3. Screw elements can be combined freely according to technical requirements
4. Screw, barrel and conveying parts are made of nitrogenized special steel to make the machine more durable
5. Self-clean, fine shearing and mixing efficiency
6. Gear box equipped with a separate lubrication and cooling system, has advantages of high torque, low noise≤60DB, high wear resistance, long life
