1. Longcester P 8502-2 (Primid/HAA Curing)- 95/5 primid curing polyester resin for powder coating
It is a medium reactivity polyester resin, designed for 95: 5 Primid/HAA curing powder coatings. Coatings based on it exhibit:
a. Excellent storage stability
b. Outstanding yellowing resistance
c. Outstanding mechnical properties
d. Very good outdoor durablity
2. Extrusion & Application Conditions:
Extruder: Lingyu Twin Extruder SLJ-20
Zone I temp.: 85-105 degree centigrade
Zone II temp.: 100-120
Screw speed: 400-500 rpm
Panel: 0.5 mm pre-treated cold-rolled steel
Spray gun: Lingyu JP-80
Voltage: 60-90 kV
Curing cycles: 10 min. @ 180 degree centigrade
