Descriptions:
This insulating material should be made of kraft paper coated with heat curable epoxy resin. To be used in oil immersed transformers, for coil insulation
Specifications:
1.Thickness: 0.08mm 0.13mm 0.15mm, 0.17mm 0.20mm, 0.25mm
2.Color : Light yellow, dark brown, red or transparent
3.Density :0.85~1.10 g/cm3
4. Width: 800mm, 960mm, 1000mm, 1050mm, 1200mm, 1300mm
Features and Applications:
-Good dielectric properties and mechanical propeties after being heat-solidification.
-As interturn insulation for coils of transformers interlayer insulation of distribution transformers.
-It is to be used in oil-immersed transformers for the insulation between of coils Diamond dotted paper(DDP) is made of insulating paper with diamond-shape epoxy resin dotted on both sides. The epoxy used in D.D.P contains a kind of incubative hardener material. It is a dry and crisp material at normal temperature.
This product has good dielectric properties and good mechanical properties after heat solidificationnd between layers of oil immerged power distribution transformers.
