Mold Design:
Die has a streamlined flow channel surface, the two halves of the body mold design, die disintegration, easy to clean.
Manual trimming elastic modulus lip or movable upper die lip design to fit different thickness sheet extrusion requirements.
Vertical choke rod designed to suit different viscosity melt stream to obtain a uniform distribution.
Mold manufacturing:
Mold body using high-quality imported alloy tool steel, or to extend the life of the mold. All channel surface hard chromium plating, the average thickness of 15μm ~ 50μm, and mirror-polished.
