BRIEF INTRODUCTION
HEXAD Mirror is manufactured by modern technological equipment line and has exceptional quality and durability. As a result of many years' experience of production and sales, now HEXAD has a complete range of mirror, including Silver Costed Mirror, Aluminium Coated Mirror, Float Glass Mirror, Sheet Glass Mirror, Clear Mirror, Tinted Mirror and so on.
Silver mirror is produced through "dual coat" proces. It involves coating clear or tinted glass with silver and then layering protective coats of copper and paint which help to protect mirror from corrosive chemical attack and abrasion. The most recently technology in mirror manufacturing produces a product which is copper and lead free ( lead content of the paint is<0.5% ) and offers longer resistance to corrosion and aggressive chemical agents than conventional mirrors.
CHARACTERISTICS
1. Clear and exact images without distortion.
2. The plating layer is rigid and bond and the protective layer is impregnable with good erosion-resistance.
