Make sure that the surface of substrate is clean, dry, flat, solid and free of such impurities as oil contaminant and rust before painting; moisture content in the substrate is below 10%; it is recommended to use putty for grinding and leveling. |
| Mixing and diluting | Add (10-15) % fresh water for dilution and uniform agitation prior to use. |
