1, What's the MOQ?
Usually, the MOQ is 1 Unit. But if you are in the market of big project, due to high freight cost from China to other country, we suggest the order quantity is 1 full container.
2, How to fit our shower box?
We will provide detail assemble instruction, you can fit them by yourself accrodingly. But we also suggest that you can find professional worker to assemble them if possible.
3, How to get personal design which you want?
First, please measure and provide the dimension of shower box which you want, then give us the picture of shower room which you want or give us the roughly description. We can produce the shower box according to your request.
4, How to pay the payment?
Our payment term is 30% T/T in advance and 70% in one week before shipment. We accept T/T, D/P, L/C etc. Also, we suggest to confirm order by Alibaba Trade Assurance.
5, How to check the quality of Tempered Glass?
The quality of tempered glass is decided by Thickness, Dimension error, Edges polishing, Dig hole & Cut hinges situation and Tempering situtaion etc. First 4 items can be check by eyes and measurment.
6, How to check the quality of accessories.
The quality of Accessoris is decided by material, manufacturing process, surface polishing etc. When you assemble them, you can check if they are stable and firm.
Our each accessories can be checked with you before arrange production. Such as material, surface finishing, thickness, size and sample picture. We will assure you all information will be the same after you get the products.
