The Buyer always asks the price from us at the beginning. There are different conditions
and stages.
Different conditions and stages, different questions and solutions.
1. If the buyer also want to make the corrugated cardboard by yourselves, please offer following
details to match the right machines for you.
1) Capacity/output-----How many pieces cardboards per day? It determs the speed and configurations of this production line.
2) How many plies of your cardboard?-----3ply, 5ply or 7ply?
3) Cardboard/Paper Roll width----Model selection. (From 1300mm to 2500mm)
2. If the buyer only needs to make the cartons as well as the new factory, please offer following
details to match the right machines.
1) Capacity?-----Speed, configuration and machine selection.
2) The maximum size of the carton you need---Model selection. (L+W)*2+50MM will be the maximum length. You can calculate it by yourselves.
3) How many color printing?-----Different printing number, different prices.
4) Do you need to make abnormal/odd shape of carton box? If yes, you need to buy the die-cutting machine. Please also offer the scope of the odd shape case, color printing or not, how many colors and other details.
5) Do you still need some supporting machines? Such as thin blade slitter and scorer, gluing machine and stapler, etc.
3. If you are the old factory and just want to change some machines, you only need to offer following details:
1) The model selection
2) The speed you want
3) If need the printing function, please let us know how many color printing you need.
4. About Warranty
ONE Year.
Within one year, any problems caused by our machine's physical issues, we will send
the spare parts to you for free. You can repair them by those spare parts.
You only need to bear the transportation cost.
Generally speaking, as long as you use them reasonably, they can work for you well at least 10 years.
5. About the after-sale Services.
1) You can send your workers or technicians to China to learn to how to operate the machines.
2) We will send our technicians to your country to provide the installation and debugging servies
for you. During that, our technicians will teach your workers how to operate them.
You need to undertake the round trip airfare, local food, accommodation, transportation and other local cost.
Meanwhile, you need to pay USD$80/day for per technician.
3) In the course of the production at your side, if you need our technicians to help you, just follow above points.
