How to use our A/B glue?
Step1. Mix the glue according the ratio A:B=3:1(weight ratio, not volume ratio), then stir it continuously for 1-2minutes;
Step2. Pour the glue on the album cover, spread evenly (suggestion: around 900g glue per square meter).
Notice
* After mixing the glue, we can wait it’s 1 minute’s standing then use, which can make the bubbles break timely;
* Before putting it in the oven, the glued product should stay stand for a while;
*The more amount of glue that is mixed, the faster the reaction will be, the faster of the curing speed will be. So please control well the amount of the glue you need to mix because faster reaction means less time.
*Few people’s skin is slightly allergic to glue after long time touch, we suggest our clients to wear protective gloves when we use it. If the glue is adhered to skin, please wipe it with acetone or alcohol, and use cleaner to clean it.
Storage and Packaging
*Storage: This glue should be Kept sealed in the ventilated, cool and dry place, shelf life is 12 months. Ps: the expired glues can be continued to use.
*Packaging specifications: Each group is 20kg, which contains A glue 15kg/3 barrels, B glue 5kg/I barrel.
