Brief introdcution
The solvent extraction plant is part of vegetable oil processing plant which is designed to extract oil directly from oil seed containing less than 20% oil like soyabean fter flaking or it extracts oils from prepressed or fully pressed cake of seeds containing more than 20% oil like sunflower, peanuts, cotton seed, palm kernel, canola, copra, castor and variety of other materials.
In order to meet different clients’ requirement on different solvent extraction plants, we established a large scope of solvent extraction equipments with capacity from 300kg to 100MT. The oil grade after refined can reach to Grade 1, Grade 2, Grade 3 & Grade 4 Oil etc.
Oil press
There’re two refining technologies in oil refinery plant, one is batch, the other is continuous. Normally we adopt batch type when the capacity is less than 20MTPD, otherwise, we adopt semi-continuous or continuous technology.
The latest refining equipment consists of many single units and has the heating system itself which save energy without using boiler. This equipment occupies less area and funds, furthermore, it has more functions and can be used to produce Grade 1, Grade 2, Grade 3 & Grade 4 Oil etc..It’s an ideal equipment for clients.
Process flow
The material(for pretreatment) is sent to the extractor by the airtight packing auger. The mateiral will be sprayed for extraction by the solvent(Hexance) or mixed oil after they fall into the extractor. The wet dreg(after dripping), falling into the conveyor and be sent to the evapo-separated machine. After steaming, baking and desolventizing, the dreg will be sent to the dreg storehouse. Mixed oil after extraction enters into the first and second long tube evaporator for seperating the steam and solvent, and then flow into the stripping tower for desorption the remaining solvent of crude oil. The extracted oil from the last process will be sent into the crude oil tank for refining plant. The solvent vapors from the extractor, evapo-separated machine, evaporator, stripper tower will be recycled in the cooling system. The solvent after cooling will be collected in the fresh solvent tank for reusing in the process.
Feature &Advantage
1) Function: Leaching system is an oil extraction through soaking or spraying pre-pressed cake by a certain organic solvent. The principle of this part is the different solubility of solvent.
(2) Use range: Solvent extraction fits for pre-press extraction of high-oil-content materials and direct once time extraction of low-oil-content materials.
(3) Main parts: The extraction series includes rotary extractor, toaster, 1st evaporator, 2nd evaporator, stripping tower, condenser, etc
Workshop --Oil refinery
1.Waterproof packing with the international export standard by 20ft, 40ft, 40hp container.
2. Equipment Fittings, Electric Motor and Power Cabinet will be packed in Wooden Case or Iron Box. Other Equipment will be packed by Color-Stripes Plastic Cloth.
3. Or as per customer's requirements.
