A:Please Western Union or transmit (T/T) the payment to our bank account.
Q:Can I use my own forwarder to transport the products for me?
A:Yes, you can. but if you have not forwarder, we will suggest you the favorable line.
Q: How long is the delivery?
A: By air: about 3~5 working days after goods on plane. By sea: about 20-35 days depending on the destination port.
Q: How to pay?
A: We accept the payment method like T/T, Western Union,Cash. Normally deposit 50% before production and balance paid soon after production finished and before shipment.
Q: How long your warranty?
A: all items made in VANCEN can enjoy 2years warranty, out of this period ,we also will post the repir kits if needed.
The process is as follows: (T/T or Western Union, PayPal can be accepted.)
1. Tell us the Items model and quantity you order, we will make a PI for you. you pay 50% deposit before production, balance 50% before shipment
2. After we receive the 50% payment, we will produce the goods for you.
3. Once we finish the products , we will send you the photos to check and confirm.
4. If everything is ok, you pay the balance amount.
5. After we receive the balance amount, we will arrange shipping for you at once.
