A: Plan drawing, elevation drawing, sectional drawing, foundation drawing, installation drawing.
Q2:How many types of sandwich panel do you have?
A: We have EPS(polystyrene)sandwich panel, rock wool sandwich panel, and PU(polyurethane)sandwich panel.
The characteristics of your sandwich panels respectively:
1.EPS(polystyrene)sandwich panel: thickness is 50mm, 75mm, 100mm. EPS volume weight is 80-200Kg/m3, water-proof.
2.Rock wool sandwich panel: thickness is 50mm, 75mm, 100mm. Rock wool volume weight is 200-400Kg /m3, fire-proof, sound-insulation, heat-preservation.
3.PU(polyurethane)sandwich panel: thickness is 50mm, 75mm, 100mm. PU volume weight is 150-300/m3 water-proof, fire-proof, heat-proof, heat-insulation, heat-preservation, sound-insulation.
Q3: How many colors do your sandwich panels have?
A: Offwhite, ivory white, blue, green and red color.
Q4: What is the life expectancy of prefabricated house?
A:10-15years.
Q5: Can prefabricated house be reused?
A: Our prefabricated house can be assembled and disassembled quickly and be reused for at least 5 times.
Q6:Are prefabricated houses earthquake proof and wind-resistant?
A: Prefabricated house is earthquake proof (magnitude 7-9) and wind-resistant (grade 10-12)
Q7:What is monthly production?
A: Our monthly production is judged by types of houses. Such as K house, we can supply 10,000 square meter a month.
Q8: How many square meters or units can you install in one day?
A: 100 square meters for prefabricated house will be installed by 6 workers within two days.
Q9: How many square meters or units can be loaded into one 40HQ shipping container?
A: It depends on sandwich panel thickness. As a rule, 1X40’HQ can load 320 sqm of prefab K house, can load 14 units breakdown container houses, 8 units flatpack container houses of 50mm EPS sandwich panel.
