Dimensions of the gas valve remained unchanged so that it fits to all GE Jenbacher engines series 6. But the functional design of inside valve was changed. Now it is lighter and can not be damaged so easy during operation hours, so we increase working hours!
It can replace GE Jenbacher catalog numbers: 433894, 299142, 306515, 309391, 312845, 321631,321627, 334976, 349057, 389588, 433894.
Because of design advantages we achieved following improvements:
1) An expected life time up to 10.000 operating hours on natural gas of 20 bar BMEP. On lower BMEP we can reach even higher life time; Generally you get about 8000 operation hours if you got 150 mbar differential pressure of prechamber gas.
2) Less soot production
3) The new design is a counter measure against the known problem of sticking of the check valve (valve sticks on the valve seat because of condensation and soot and thus the engine does not start)
