Nowadays people still manually rivet the grommet of large poster cloth. This operation has many disadvantages:
1.unsolid joint between grommets and cloth;
2.more punctures and easy cut ropes off;
3.iron sheeting is easily rusted.
Meanwhile, manually punching is slow, laborious, unefficient and low quality.
Brightness automatic grommet machine is designed for solving the above problems. It can quickly move and punch a long the cloth edge. The speed is about 1800pcs grommets per hour. The grommets are solid, no punctures and nice. The sheeting is corrosion prevention since it adopts engineering plastic design. It is indispensable equipment for inkjet plotting industry because of labor saving, efficiency and good quality.
Function introduction
Brightness automatic grommet machine is controlled by microcomputer. It has ligh efficiency and saves labor. There are four wheels under the machine so it is very convenient to move. It also can be fixed on worktable after take off the wheels. Different types of machines can be offered according to different power supply and voltage in different countries and areas.
The machine has two functions:mobile and table-top function.
The command button of mobile function is set on the handle of the pushing machine, for moving the machine.
The command button of table-top function is set on the foot switch.
There is a green button and red button respectively for each group of command buttons, among which the green button is for sending grommets while the red button is for operating.
Besides, here is a yellow button set on the outer shell of the microcomputer, which is for cancekking.
This machine is environmental protection and energy saving .It adopts electromagnetic force directly punching and finish the task. It only uses electricity in 1% second per punching. The average consumption of electricity is less than 3 watt during wait for another order. While ordinary punching press needs at least several hundreds watt to keep operate.
