Properties & function
Nowadays people still manually rivet the grommet of large poster cloth. This operation has many disadvantages:
1.unsolid joint between grommets and cloth;
2.more punctures and easy cut ropes off;
3.iron sheeting is easily rusted.
Meanwhile, manually punching is slow, laborious, unefficient and low quality.
Brightness automatic grommet machine is designed for solving the above problems. It can quickly move and punch a long the cloth edge. The speed is about 1800pcs grommets per hour. The grommets are solid, no punctures and nice. The sheeting is corrosion prevention since it adopts engineering plastic design. It is indispensable equipment for inkjet plotting industry because of labor saving, efficiency and good quality.
Instruction:
1.Check the lower mould fiest before power is on, pls take off the grommets on the lower mould then get the power on;
2.There will be a beam of the laser light on the front of the machine after power on, and the two hoppers will promply work;
3.Put the cloth under the punch, laser light will clearly shine on the cloth, the laser light will guild the grommets on the precise position;
4.Move the machine and make the laser light and cloth eadge parallelled; fix the position of the laser light and press the green button, at this moment the red light turns on and the alarms which warns the hands of operator or other objects should move off the punch. Meanwhile the microcomputer will automaticlly send the sheet under the punch and send the grommets to the lower mould in 3 seconds.
If operator is sure there is no other objects under the punch, he can press he red button then the button hole will quickly riveted on the cloth; operator presses green button again after fixing the location, after 2 seconds press red button to make the second hole;
When every hole is finished, the machine will reture to the orginal status and wait for next order.
When the machine is used as a table-top machine, plug the jack of the foot switch into the socket, and then change the laser conductingwire of the mobile and table-top function for a table-top laser fixed spot; during operation, stamp the clamp on the left first and the right, one punching is finished.
5.The yellow button is for resetting; press yellow button when operation doesn’t work properly to make the machine reture to original status, then turn off the power;do not put the hand under the punch if it alarms.
6.Pls check if there are lower grommets on the lower mould; use a clamp to take off them if there are lower grommets( Prohibit directly using hand to take them out), meanwhile press the release button on the top to feed upper grommets; take off the upper grommets on the lower mould in order to ensure the quality.
7.Pls weekly add lub ricant on the guild sheath, 2-3 drops is ok.
