Polyurethane Features:
Polyurethane screens, similarly to rubber screens,are an alternative for metal screens. They are abrasion-resistant and lack of corrosion. Self-cleaning effect and cone-shaped mesh allows increased effectiveness and noise reduction make comfortable. They are specially recommended for “wet” work types.
Material: Polyurethane elastomer ,Hardness (85-95A)±2,additional steel reinforcement.
Mesh: 0.25-160 mm (Square or longitudinal, regular and passed system)
Thickness: 30-60 mm
Dimensions: Standard for internal modules 300*1000 mm, for external ones acccording to sorting machine’s size.
