1.Are you a manufacture or trading company?
We're a professional umbrella manufacture which was started in 1996. Company founder has more than 20 years umbrella production and management experience, so our umbrella is with high quality and price is much lower than the trading company.
2. How many is your MOQ?
Normally our Minimum Quantity is 500pcs,of course this depends on your details, sometimes we can adjust the production timee even for 300pcs.
3. How much is the sample and how long it will take?
A. Sample charge: for stock sample, the cost can be 0-$15,if need print logo, the cost depends on your logo colors and size, normally for 1color on one panel , the cost is usd25.
B. Sample time: According to your design, sample time normally 3-7days.
4. Is OEM acceptable?
Yes, OEM is welcome, we can produce the umbrella according your design.
5. How about your payment terms and ways?
A. Payment terms: 30% advance payment and the balance need be finished before shipment.
B. Payment ways: the payment can be settled by T/T, Western Union, Paypal, Cash…ect.
6. How about your delivery time?
We have our own production lines, designers, showroom, warehouse, quality control team and quality standard, so that we can control all the details and cut down the lead time and make a quick delivery.
