Main Introduction:
DCP series machine is specially designed for packing solid piece products, such as tablets or capsules.
DCp series tablet or capsule packing machine adopts mould mounting method to packing bag. Different size tablet, capsule, and different quantity need different mould. This method is according to National measure standard. This series packing machine is skilful, special and beautiful figure, all parts touching with raw material are Stainless steel which accord with healthy standard. After over ten years experience, this series machine function is stable and widely used in pharmaceutical, food, chemical etc industries.
1. PLC control the length of the bag,(width should be fixed), operation is easy, bag making is accurate.
2. Photo-electricity sensor automatically tracking to prevent from wrong action and to control the length of bag.
3. Step-less speed control and two heat control.
4. Plc control the step motor, accurate filling, easy to operate, running is stable.
5. Maintenance is convenient.
6. According to GB/T17313—1998 Standard.
