Ring gear we are adopt 42SiMn to material.ring gear work surface must be quenching.the quenching deep 5mm.It hardness reach HRC52-60 that own good wear resistant . high strength and tenacity .ring gear(inside)it has bolt.expansion sleeve.washer.nut.etc.In order to extend the life of the ring gear has taken odd double gear cutting.each tooth operation two teeth only once.secondly.hub and ring gear bolt connection has increased in expansion sleeve design.which it can avoid this hole wear and make entire sprockets scrap.
