StrongerTM Cast Steel Shot
StrongerTM Cast steel shot are used for descaling, peening and shaping of small to large cast, forged and heat treatment pieces.
1. Quick Cleaning
Moderate hardness, quick blasting and better resiliency. Inner corners and complexes can be evenly and quickly cleaned up with short work time, high productivity and low production cost.
2. Long Worklife & Less Consumption
Have less inner defects. Microstructures are tempered martentite and troostite with high impact-resistance and worklife.
3. Elimination of Stress & Increase of Strength
Have fine and tight microstructure not to be able crashed. The grain crystals evenly distributed to dismiss inner stress and to raise surface hardness.
4. Strict Quality Control
In production the abrasive quality is strictly controlled in accordance with ISO9001:2000. Inspect department tests and examines the products in 24 hours a day with record for check.
