Quality control:
1.When can I get the price?We usually quote within 24 hours after we get your inquiry. If you are very urgent to get the price, please call us or tell us in your email so that we will regard your inquiry priority.
2.How can I get a sample to check your quality?
After price confirmation, you can require for samples to check our quality.
If you just need a blank or our stocked sample to check the design and quality, we will
provide you sample for free, as long as you afford the express freight or your express
account. If you need samples with your own design, we will charge $50-$200 to cover
the cost.
3.What kind of files do you accept for printing of our own design?
AI, PDF, EPS, TIF, high resolution JPG
4.How long can I expect to get the sample?
After you pay the sample charge and send us confirmed files, the samples will be readyfor delivery in 3-7 days. The samples will be sent to you via express and arrive in 3-5
days.You can use your own express account or prepay us if you do not have an account.
5.What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order.
Normally, production lead time is within 2~3 weeks.
6.What is your terms of delivery?
We accept FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU, DDP, etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you.
7.Is it appropriate to come to your factory to have a look?

8.Terms of payment?
We accept payment as the following.
---30% deposit prepaid by T/T, 70% balance payment paid before delivery or against the B/L copy.
---30% deposit prepaid by T/T,70% balance payment paid by L/C.
---L/C at sight
---100% TT in advance, Western Union/ Paypal for small amount payment.
