1) The main frame (columns and beams) is made of Q345 and Q235 steel.
2) The columns are connected with the foundation by pre-embedding anchor bolt.
3) The beams and columns, beams and beams are connected with high intensity bolts.
4) The envelop construction net is made of cold form C-style purlins.
5) The wall and roof are made of Corrugated steel sheet (color steel board) or sandwich panels (EPS sandwich panel, Rock sandwich panel, PU sandwich panel), which are connected with the purlin by Self-tapping nails.
6) Doors can be designed at anywhere which can be made into normal type, sliding type or roll up type with material
of PVC, metal, alloy aluminium, sandwich panel and so on.
7) Windows can be designed at anywhere.
8) Adding skylight sheet on the roof according to customer requirements, it can increase the indoor lighting.
1. Design Service
For those customers who has no clear demands,our company offer categories for them to choose,on the contrary,according to different situations,our company will offer plans,quotation in details as well as detail information including customers' design plans,material requirements,local environmental conditions etc.
2.Installation Service
Customers are free to choose ways of installation listed as followed.First,offer relevant installation plans to customers;Second,offer our customers photos and videos about installation of previous projects;Third,customers send their staffs to our factory,learning how to install;
Fourth,our company will send out technician aboard to to be in charge of installation.However,the fees associated with the service are borne by buyers,including technician's visa fees,air ticket fees,accommodation and transportation fees aboard as well as technician's wages.
3.Package Service
The standard is nonpacked.If the customer has any special package payment,our company can satisfy its need accordingly.However,all the fees should be borne by the customers.
4.Shipment Service
As for the big size of products,in transportation,our company generally applied economical sea transportation and needed to be shipped in whole cabinet.
