Performance and Characteristics:
1, The machine is a kind of horizontal type slitting machine. Rolling and releasing can be in front of or at the back of the machine.
2, Independent master control screen, more flex able and even easier operation.
3, Automatic deviation-rectifying of releasing, photoelectric eye is suitable for tracking the edge and color of transparent material.
4, Releasing tension adopts magnetic powder clutch control.
5, Rolling adopts magnetic clutch control.
6, Unwinding with EPC control and tension control
7, Automatic slitter edge blowing-inhaling device.
8, Automatic meter counting of material moving length
Feature:
1. Machine speed are controlled by electromagnetic.
2. Separate control system, easy to operation.
3. Adopt automatic correction system in unwinding part, in order to slit and rewind
accurately.
4. Photocell eye is good for tracking the edge of material and color.
5. Adopts pneumatic shaft and magnetic powder brake for rewinding product.
6. Automatic meter counter.
7. Independent fan waste discharge.
