It’s an excellent sheet resistance to atmospheric corrosion. After galvanizing process, it extend the service life for 15-20years.

Feature:
(1)Smooth surface. Its corrosion resistance is 2-6 times as much as galvanized plate in various atmospheric environments; (2) Heat- resistance, It does keep the same color at the temperature 315C and could be used for a long time at the temperature 500-600C for its good heat- resistant, (3)Anti-oxidation and heat-reflected performance. So it could be used as the heat- resistant accessories, such as automobile muffler, exhaust pipe, food dryer, and tealeaves baker etc. Its water-resistance is better than coating-Zn and coating-Al plate; (4)It could be used as base plate of color coated steel plate for its well coating performance.
