Construction features
The construction of finned strip heaters consist of wound coils placed in special ceramic insulators engineered to generate the most power possible. These coils are then connected to one of the end depending on the mounting required. The space left inside the stainless steel rectangular tubing is then filled with high priority magnesium oxide in order to ensure conductivity and strength. The last step is to mount the fins which have been designed to maximize heat transfer.
