The Symbol DS3478 Series of cordless, rugged scanners brings high performance data capture to harsh industrial environments. Integrated Bluetooth provides cordless freedom, enabling employees to move freely throughout the work environment. Using digital imaging technology, this family of scanners quickly and accurately captures 1D/2D bar codes and direct part marks (DPM), and offers three models to meet a wide range of needs.
DS3478-SF, for 1D/2D bar code scanning
DS3478-HD, for 1D/2D bar code scanning and optimized to capture very small, high density 2D bar codes
DS3478-DP, for 1D/2D bar code scanning and direct part marks (DPM))
Cordless scanning
Integrated Bluetooth offers cable-free convenience and reduces repairs due to cable failure.
Ability to read 1D and 2D bar codes, as well as high density 2D bar codes (DS3478-HD only)
Increases productivity and lowers costs by handling all industry-standard bar codes.
Captures a wide variety of DPM marks (DS3478-DP only)
Enhances quality processes and improves lifetime product traceability.
Omni-directional scanning
Eliminates need to line up the bar code with the scan line, increasing speed.
