1.Feeder part:
With four suction and four sent devices. Large, small and thin paper can be stably delivered.Double sheet detector makes the machine automatically shut down when the double or many sheets enter.Taiwan automatic swap main and auxiliary feeder can do non-stop work and the maximum stacking height to the sheets is up to 1.6meters.With cross air blow unit, we can make paper separated perfectly and fed smoothly even in the case of large sheet and static electricity
2.Feeding paper part:
High-precision paper face set positioning device, with Japan‘s optical detection, and strictly control the accuracy of the paper in place.Taiwan‘s new push-pull regulation swapping part, more suitable for stable positioning on a variety of paper and convenient and easy to adjust.Equipped with the detection device to prevent from damaging the machine when foreign objects enter the die cutting part
3.Interval device:
The Taiwan imported decollators ensure the running accurately and drives the tooth interval accurate and durable.
4,Electrical equipment:
The whole machine adopts imported PLC control, so that the circuit control will greatly reduce the failure rate. Machine fault diagnosis with large-format color touch screen display system monitoring, fault information and troubleshooting displayed on a screen fully realize human-machine communication.Electrical components, optical detection all imported from Japan.
5,Paper collecting part:
Automatic exchange of main and closing paper platform institutions, non-stop collection of paper, the maximum height of paper collection is 1.4 meters.With flat blowing, under blowing device, the tissue paper can be collected in the high-speed operation stably and neatly.Paper collecting part equipped with Feeder paper feeding button can control the paper feeder movements and facilitate the collection of paper to adjust.
6.Waste removing part:
With the upper,middle and lower frame structure, stretchable frame decorated, it’s more convenient and safer for the waste removing parts to adjust .
The power of the transmission system is provided by the host drive shaft directly to reduce the transmission processes, so that waster removing is more stable and smooth.
7.Die cutting part
Host with worm booster units makes the maximum pressure of the machine up to 300 tons. Pressure regulator with electric, adjustment and digital display reduce the pressure adjusting time.Circulating oil system with cooling fan air-conditioning systems improved the pressure difference between cold and hot machines and reduces the rejection rate.
