has more than 20 years of production history in producing non-woven equipment. To loosen chemical fiber in bundles,cotton&old cloth leftovers,then transfer them to next procedure(carding machine) by blower.
Use features: Openging and loosing diffrent kinds of chemical fibres,and cotton in bundles,as well as clothes leftovers,then transfer to next procedure by blower fan.
Structure: The main opeing is by the roller,
one is notch-style roller(to reduce fiber damage);
The other is nail-board roller(high efficency and good quality);
Work process: This machine throw the pre-opening fiber into the input and then take fiber into the high-speed roration of opening roller by feeding roller, these fibers are teared primarily, then teared in the crossing with stable nail plate in circular movement
