The production line applies to the production of PES/PET wadding that used on sophisticated bedding mattress, cushion, etc.
1. PES/PET wadding ( heat bonded nonwoven /non colldion felt) made from this production line could be used on sophisticated bed mattresses, cushion, sofa cushion, tatami, filtering material, noise-absorbing felt , etc. Operated by one set control system, it is automatic production line, easy operation and high production capacity.

3.Machine processing :
(1)Fiber Opener:
This machine applies to open and lossen different kinds of cotton, fiber, etc.and then transfer to next procedure via blower fan.
(2)Virbration Cotton Feeder:
This machine applies to open fiber and mix fiber, and transfer to next procedure after processing more evenly.It feed material in ration by volume style, convenient adjustment, supplying coir fiber accurately and evenly.
(3) Single Cylinder Double Doffer Carding Machine:
The machine applies to carding and mixing polyester/glass fiber/pp etc chemical fiber which be opened on before procedure, the fiber net(felt) will be output evenly with function of doffer, then transfer to next procedure.
(4)Cross Lapper:
This machine used for laying fiber which have been distributed well to a certain width and thickness by control inverter, easy operation. Then transfer to next procedure after pressing.
(5)Oven:
The machine applies to give heat treatment to felt etc which have character of permeability, so that both sides of felt will become to a certain shape.
(6) Cooling Machine:
It is mainly used on later non woven fabrics line, cooling finished product to make it hard enough.
(7) Automatic Cutting Machine:
The machine applies to cutting different kinds of non woven fabrics, and coir mats etc
The seller will send 1-3 engineer to do the installation and commissioning of the line at the request of the buyer. And the buyer should provide round-trip air plane tickets, accommodation, food, and salary.
