The machine is used to loosen all kinds of fiber in bundles.The machine is used to mix and open raw material and return material then transfer them to cotton feeding machine via blower fan.

1.The pre-opening is by notch-style roller to reduce fiber damage.
2.The main opening is by card wire plate with high efficiency and good quality.t is equipped with strong magnet to absorb metal impurities.

B:COTTON CARDING MACHINE
description
1.high-performance card machine for loosing the cotton send by the opening machine,and get rid of impurities like seeds of cotton
2.Carding Machine is used for processing cotton fiber and chemical fiber etc
3.Its working principle is supplying the the cotton or fiber with cotton box which is sent by the front procedure to loosen them and get rid of impurities.

There are three parts constitute Cotton Carding Machine:
1. main machine, including the cubing rolls, feed roller, in charge of receive cotton and fiber from opening press the cotton fiber in sheet and a certain sheet,then convey the cotton to the needle punching machine via roller.
2. cotton box: above the main machine,in charge of receive cotton from cotton box head and convey to main part of carding machine.
3. the head of cotton box: at the top of this machine,made from nnect with air blower by plastic pipe.
