Felt filter bags

 

Felt filter bags are Available in polypropylene, polyester and Nomex. Micron ratings range from 1 to 200 microns. Felt bags are exceptional for removal of lower micron rated particulate, soft particles and gels. Glazed or singed outer finishes reduce fiber migration. 

Mesh Filter Bags 

Mesh Filter Bags are available in Polyester multifilament (PEM) and Nylon (NMO) and Polypropylene (PMO) monofilament medias. Multifilament mesh bags offer an inexpensive media for most screening applications and are available from 75 to 1500 microns. Monofilament bags are precision woven and provide “true” micron ratings with consistent pore sizes. Monofilament mesh filter bags offer strength and durability allowing them to be re-used in some applications.* Generally used in the higher micron ratings from 150 to 1200 microns - NMO mesh bags are available from 1-1200 micron and PMO mesh bags from 100-800 microns.
