Q. What is the lead time for your products?
A: For existing models, sample time is 2-3 days, new models sample time is 5-7 days.
Mass production time is 20-30 workdays after the receipt of deposit.
Q. How many colors do you have for existing model ? and can I have my prefer color?
A: Each color MOQ is 2000 pieces,small trail order is accepted.You can give us the PANTONE card NO.If the color you required we have raw material,MOQ can reduce.
Q. Do you have any MOQ limit for OEM model?
A: Actually not, but unit price will be lower if quantity bigger, so price would be better if quantity more than 2000 pieces.
Q. How should we pay if we order from you?
A: For small trail order, you can pay Paypal.
For large quantities, you can pay by Bank.
L/C is also welcomed, but it is for large order, because we offer fast service, L/C can not meet our time.
Q. How do you ship the goods and how soon it will reach our office?
A: For small trail order,we usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive your office if all smoothly.
For large quanities,we usually ship by sea,you can appointed forwarder.
