1.Q: Can I visit your factory? Can your factory arrange transportation for me?
A: My dear friends, it is a great honor to invite you to visit our sink factory. We will take about1-1.5 hours by car from Guangzhou city to our factory; We can arrange our driver to pick you up from your hotel when you arrived in Guangzhou.
2.Q:Can your factory do OEM business?
A:Our factory can laser print or silver black print customer’s logo on sinks product with the permission from customers. Customers need to provide us a logo usage authorization letter to allow us to print customer’s logo on the products.
3.Q:Is your factory able to design our own package and help us in market planning?
A:Our factory is willing to help our customers to design their package box with their own logo.
We have a design team and a marketing plan design team to service our customers for this.
4.Q:Does your factory have the design and development capabilities, if we need the customized products?
A:The staffs in our R&D department are well experienced in the sink industry, with more than 5 to 10 years experience. Every year, we will launch 2 to 3 new series to keep out customers in a competitive stage.

5.Q:What the product certification does your factory have? And the certifications for which country?
A:We have CUPC certification for USA and Canada.
6.Q:How is your factory production capability?
A: Our factory has a full production line including Gravity Casting Line, Machining Line, Polishing Line and Assembling line.We can manufacture products up to 10000 pcs per month.
7.Q:what accessory does your factory provide for sinks products?
A:Our factory can provide strainer, soap dispenser, colander ,fruit basket, grids , chopping board, rolling mat and so on.
8.Q:Does your handmade sink need to pay for the expensive dumping tax when export to Amercian or Canada and Australia?
A:Our sinks are handmade sink series, including undermount , topmount, apront sink. And the most advantage of our sink products is no need to pay for the dumping tax.
9.Q:Does your deep-draw sink need to pay for the expensive dumping tax when export to Amercian or Canada and Australia?
A:We have one factory in other country and have agent in America, so we can provide you the deep draw sink with delivery in American without the dumping tax, at a very competitive price. You can contact me for the details.
