Features

3. The process is controlled by digital, and uses signal indication and the thermal energy distribute averagely.
4. Hydraulic system makes noise smaller, pressure bigger even can reach 30kg/cm2 energy saved. So it is excellent for applying transfer to all type materials.
5. Adjust the temperature and the timer according to the thickness of the materials. For example, heat sublimation canvas bag need higher temperature(about 230℃) and longer time(about 23sec.)
Process of heat transfer
First,design the logo or picture you like.Second,connect the inkjet printer to the computer to print the designed on the sublimation paper.Third,set the temperature and time of the heat press machine.For example,for sublimating a t-shirt,set the time by 20 seconds,set the temperature by 200 ℃.When time is up,just remove the paper away from the T-shirt.
