| AKB dove tail tooth device limits the amount of material being cut by each tooth, virtually eliminating kick back coursed by overfeeding. this type of tooth is suitable for cutting soft &hard wood with burl and veneer etc. |
--Flat top tooth for ripping hard and soft wood.
--High hook angle reduces feed effort.
--High clearance angle allows for effective chipping/clearance.
--Anti-kickback shoulder limits the thickness of chip.
--Expansion slots allows for expansion and contraction of the tool body in and in-between cutting.
This sawblade is featured also by the high quality TCT teeth(K20 equivalent) and heat-treated SK5 or AISI C1066 slim plate , CNC teeth & plate grinding, and strict DIN tolerance standard.
Theoretically, all machined products requires special processes for reducing their residual internal stress to improve the performance and prolong the life. This sawblade is treated with heat and vibratory tresss relief process,dynamic balancing process and dynamic straightening process to optimize the performance and prolong the tool life of the sawblade.
Strictly conforming to DIN stardands, both static and dynamic balance of the saw blade are better secured.
