Product Description
1. RTG is an abbreviation of Rubber Tyre Gantry Crane. It is a special machine for stacking container cargos. It is applied for handling container cargos with 20, 40, or 45 feet length, 9 feet 6 inch,height and 8 feet width and is capable of stacking three high and passing four high.
2. Main structures are portal frame, power transmission system, hoisting mechanism, crane traveling mechanism, trolley traveling mechanism and telescopic spreader. Trolley with container spreader inside travels along girder track to handle and stack containers.
3. Rubber tyre traveling mechanism makes crane to be capable of traveling at the goods yard, turing at 90 degree angle and transferring cargo from one goods yard to another. It operate flexibly.
