Brushless AC generator, suitable for operation at 1500 RPM, 170V and up to 454 Volts, 0.8 pf (lag) suitable for 50 Hz, 3 phase & 1 phase, 4 wire system. The alternator is designed and built to withstand tropical conditions. The alternator generally conforms to IEC 34-1/34-2 , BS 4999/5000 and IS: 4722-2001 with enclosures rating IP 23 is the standard version, satisfying IEC 34-5/IS : 4691/DIN VDE 0530-5 requirements. The Alternator is dynamically balanced , brushless type, screen protected, revolving field, self excited, self regulated through an AVR. The alternator has the following features:

1. +- 1.0 % Voltage regulation (max.) in static conditions

2. IP: 23 protection with insulation class H

3. Permissible overload of 10% for one hour in 12 hours of operation.

The generators have been designed for use in a maximum ambient temperature of 40℃ and altitude less than 1000M above sea level.

Information for AVR:

We have many types of AVR,such us SX460, SX440, SX421, MX341, MX321,etc.

· The main stator provides power for excitation of the exciter field via AVR.

· Output power of exciter's rotor is input to that of mains through 3-phase full wave rectifier.

· Connected with piezoresistance for restraining surge voltage and avoiding the impact caused by short circuit or parallel synchronization loss.

· Exciter's Stator is equipped with permanent magnetic steel, it can make generator starting smoothly in any occasions.

All regulatory components are made up with special materials and are immersed in lacquer by peculiar tech. Varnish and colophony materials are developed to strengthen the proce for protecting the alternator work under corrosive environment.

Winings and electric features:

2/3 pitch windings design can effectively eliminate the third harmonica wave(3rd,9th,15th)of the voltage,which is the best design of UPS for nonlinear load.Connected with the network in parallel,the structure can restrain excessive currents in the midline.
