1 How long the delivery time if I place you an order? 

It depends on your quantity, if we have stock for that with normal packing, it will be cost 15 to 20 days to delivery. It is about 15 working days (no stock) to be sent after receiving your advanced payment.

2  If I got your products, but you made it wrong, how to deal with it?

It would not be seldom happen. If it is really our mistakes, after apology we will send you right thing, but we will please you to send us back the goods first. Beside, in that condition, the cost will be ours.
