1. Are you manufacturer or trade Company?
We are a factory founded in 2003 with trade team for international service.
2. What terms of payment you usually use?
T/T 30% deposit and 70% against document, Western Union, L/C at sight
3. How should I process the order?
Please provide us the specification such as paper napkin's size, quantity, material, package, etc,
if customized design, provide us the design artwork as well. According to your request, we will quote in detail.
4. What Can I do if I cannot provide such detail specifications?
Please send us the information as much as you know. We will make a price for your reference which based on our experience.
If you really have no idea of the specs or custom designs, please try to find some photos of the products
5. What format of art-work need to provide?
Please provide artworks in AI or PDF format and with DPI not less than 300. If you have no idea of how to make designs,
pictures with DPI not less than 200 is also workable for us, or send us your general idea of the design and our designer will
make artwork according to your request.
6. Can I get samples?
Yes. We can send you samples for free, but the courier charge is on your account.
7. Can you make sample for custom design?
Yes, but have sample charge. This charge will be refunded according to your quantity after order confirmed,
if your order quantity meets MOQ100, 000pcs/design.
8. How long for making sample?
7-10 working days
9. What's the production lead time?
It depends on the quantity. It varies from 10 to 30 working days.
