Production Line:
One full-automatic assembly line: only with this line,we can produce more than 20,000pcs led gu10 bulb one day.
Five assembly lines: with these five lines, more than 50,000pcs of led gu10 bulb can be produced one day.
Four packing lines: With these lines, more than 70,000pcs led gu10 bulb can be packaged one day.
QC/Testing Details:
1. We design all aspects of construction. Testing is taken to the limits of between -20℃ and 50℃ for more than
100 hours to check on the stablity of the item.
2. Major parts such as LED chips are tested to their limit for a continuous 20 hours. Test reports are then used
to determine the suitbility and product life.
3. All raw materials have a quality control inspection when sourced, during production. At the completion of
manufacture the items are then subjected to a further 5 hours of testing.
Certification:
All products are accord with TUV-GS, CE and RoHS. Now ERP testing is under doing, on the early of Feb. can
receive the 6000hrs test reports.

6. Middle Production with 6W 480LM LED GU10 Bulb-send photos to show the production line which you can see your products in. Confirm the estimated delivery time again. |
7. End Production-Mass production products photos and samples will send to you for approval. You can also arrange the third party Inspection . |
8.Clients make payment for balance and YYLighting Ship the goods. Also can accept payment term-Balance against B/L Copy Or L/C payment Term. Inform the tracking number and check the status for clients. |
9. Order can be say “finish” when you receive the goods and satisfy with them . |
