HEPA Filter Description:
Apply automatic production line to make make mini pleated cartridge, black carboard framework, foam wrapped on the back edge to provide postive seal, electrostactic high quality material to promise high efficiency,HEPA Pad materials are available in six types: PP filter paper, glass fiber, compound PP+PET filter paper, meltblown+polyester non-woven, meltblown+glass fiber,PTFE(Washable).
Detailed Product Information:
1.Waviness of pleat block along length be kept to a minimum
2.Pleat blocks are much more flat
3.Minimum pleat height is 8mm, maximum height is 80mm
4.Glue beads runs the length of the element
5.Normal distance between two glue beads of the element is 50.8mm(adjustable according to requirement
Product Property:
- Activated Carbon Pad can be added on the surface to absorb harmful gas
- Electrostatic PP or glass fiber material
- Removal of dust, pollens, mold spores, dust mites, and other allergens.
- Removal of many bacteria.
- Solid particles captured are not released into the air again.
Hepa Air Filter Application:
1). Air HFPA purifier, air filter bags etc.
2). Medical nano silver mask, exposure suits, hygiene necessities.

2.Prefilter net can be added on the surface of hepa to prolong its service life.
