HEAT TREATMENT SPECIFICATION AND MECHANICAL PROPERTIES:
022Cr17Ni12Mo2 is include molybdenum grade , its totoal performance better than 310 and 304. In high temperature status when H2SO4 concentration under 15% and exceed 85%, the steel have wildely usage. The steel also have good bearing erosive performance of chloride . So usually used in oecan circulation.
Thermostability :
In under 1600℃ interrupted using and under 1700℃ continuous using, the steel have good tolerate oxidizability.
Heat treatment:
Annealing at 1850-2050℃ ,rapid cooling .
Typical usage :
Heat exchanger of pulp and papermaking equipment. dyeing installatoin, film washing equipment, pipeline ,external materials of coastal regions construction.
Austenite structure.
Melting point :1375~1450C;
Solution treatment :1010~1150C.
Using status : annealed and solution
Surface status :NO.1,2B,N0.4,HL

EAF+AOD+LF furnace+forged/ rolled

length : forged bar free length 3-5.8M,rolled bar 5.8M. for customers special requirment, the bar length can do 20 meters long.
Tolerance on diameter of forged bar : black surface -0/+5mm, peeled surface -0/+3mm.
REMARK:
Above listed parameters and sepcification only for reference . Specific parameters according to standard. Requirments beyond standard will be negotiate by both sides .
Delivery state:normalized ,annealed, spheroidal annealed, quenched & tempered ,bright bar, cold-drawn, etc. Should be indicated in contract .

Packing :
Forged bar , rolled bar and coil packing in loose . Rolled wire packing in plastic woven cloth or wooden case.
