Q1: What specifications of the product should be better contained in the inquiry?
A:the size, weight and material
the quantity
the thread count( if the product is bedding set)
the yarn quality if the product is towel( 16s, 32s or 21s. 16s is the best, 32s midlle, 21s the last)
Q2. Can I have a sample order?
A: Yes, we would like to send samples for checking quality.
Q3 What is the lead time for samples?
A:Current sample needs 1-3 days, customized sample needs 5~7days.
Q4. If we customized samples, then the cost is refunded ?
A: Yes. We promise that the samples cost will be refunded after the order confirmed.
