Sawdust Dryer produced by our company is a kind of dryer with a rotating cylinder, which is a little bit incline, so it is called rotary drum dryer or revolving tube dryer. Rotating dryer can be used for drying many kinds of materials and with convenient and reliable operation. It is widely used in the fields, such as construction areas, metallurgy, chemical industuy, cement industry to dry the slag, limestone, coal powder,clay,etc.It has the advantages of reasonable structure, polished manufacture, high capacity, low energy consumption, smooth rotation, easy operation, convenient transportation and so on.
This dryer mainly consists of rotary body, lifting blade, driving device, supporting device and sealing ring. The heating source can be coal, electricity,gasoline, natural gas and so on. And in order to cut the cost, coal is the best choice.

2. Sawdust/Woodchips Rotary Dryer Principle and Operation:
The raw material plate which is arranged reasonably with changeable angles in order, throws moisture materials into the rotary cylinder. Then water will be separated from the materials by hot air-flow and changed into vapour to be discharged into the atmosphere. Then the materials would be
